Shocking! Hungarian man kicks pregnant woman to death – Here is the court verdict

The NyΓregyhΓ‘za Tribunal sentenced a man, who had beaten his pregnant partner to death in DombrΓ‘d in the summer of 2020, to sixteen years in prison and ten years of disqualification for manslaughter with extreme cruelty. In addition, by order of the court, a further 1 year and 7 months are added to his prison sentence from the man’s previous conviction.

During the verdict, it was stated that Csaba L. started arguing with his partner in their home in DombrΓ‘d, North-Eastern Hungary. The man from Szabolcs-SzatmΓ‘r-Bereg County hit her in the face several times, and later grabbed the woman’s neck. From the many blows, the woman fell to the ground. After that, the man did not stop but knelt down, stepped on the woman, and repeatedly kicked the woman lying defenceless on the ground.

Due to the injuries, the woman could no longer speak, and she was in a life-threatening condition from the 40 to 50 blows the man delivered.

The man noticed the next afternoon that his partner was still unconscious. Then, Csaba L. asked his acquaintance for help. He handed him his apartment key while he fled. The acquaintance arrived at the scene, and as soon as he saw the unconscious woman lying on the bed, he immediately began to resuscitate the woman. After that, he called an ambulance, writes 24.hu.

Even though the ambulance arrived at the scene very quickly, they could only determine that she was dead.

The man was arrested by the police on June 7 in a property in DombrΓ‘d and taken into custody, it can be read on the website of propeller.hu.Β  The man confessed the crime he had committed immediately after his capture. The sibling of the killed pregnant woman said that Csaba L. was lucky that he was caught by the police and not them.

This was not the first crime of a man from Szabolcs-SzatmΓ‘r-Bereg County. The man had previously been sentenced to 1 year and 7 months in prison for theft. The execution of this sentence had been suspended for a probationary period of 2 years. As Csaba L. committed another crime during his probation, the court also ordered the execution of his previous sentence. The verdict is not final yet.

The prosecutor’s office appealed for a more severe sentence, while the accused and his defence counsel appealed for a different ruling and mitigation.

  1. It’s one of these rare times that I agreed with Mario. This sentence is low for the depravity of the crime. Too bad Mario won’t admit to the problems that come with mass migration.

  2. Europe makes too much of so-called privacy rights. It is ridiculous not to identify and show pictures of criminals, especially convicted criminals. Suspected criminals are identified with pictures in the USA and UK, not in Europe. Some time ago, I read in a Hungarian publication that Hungarians were arrested in the UK for running prostitutes. I didn’t believe that they were Hungarians and checked the British reports. The British reports had the names and pictures of these criminals. They were not Hungarians. I don’t believe that this brutal murderer is Hungarian either.

  3. You’re wrong IstvΓ‘n. I myself have checked the reports and they were indeed Hungarians. There have been several cases over the years. I don’t know where you acquired your information from, but a solicitor defending one of these men acknowledged the man was Hungarian from Hungary and had gone to the UK in 2005 to study there. This is just from one case.

  4. I don’t beleive anyone posting as Anonymous and following me around like a sick puppy.
I said: “The British reports had the names and pictures of these criminals. They were not Hungarians.”
Hungarians know exactly what I mean by that. You are obviously not Hungarian.

  5. The culprit should have gotten life in prison without possibility of parole or early release since the death penalty is not allowed. If it were allowed the sentence would also include hard labor .
